What is Padel?
Padel is a racquet sport originating in Mexico, played on a smaller, enclosed court with walls. It’s typically played in doubles, uses a scoring system similar to tennis, and features solid perforated rackets and a ball with lower pressure for enhanced control and spin.
What is Pickleball?
Pickleball is a paddle sport combining elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. It’s played on a rectangular court with a lower net than tennis. Players use solid paddles and a perforated polymer ball. Scoring is based on faults, and games are usually played to 11 points, with a two-point winning margin. Pickleball is known for its simplicity and accessibility to all ages and skill levels.

If I'm just starting out, who can I play with?
Check out our Play section to find out more about where you can play across Australia. To get involved, try booking onto some socials or coaching clinics at a club near you.
If you're wanting some match play but don't want to commit to one club, try registering on apps like Playtomic or MATCHI to book yourself onto an open game, it's a great way to meet people and build yourself a padel / pickle community! You'll be on court with mates in no time.
Shipping - Fast delivery across Australia
What shipping methods do you offer?
For Aussie customers, we use AusPost as our delivery partner of choice. Our priority is get your products to you quickly, conveniently and with minimal (or ideally zero) mishaps!
You can choose from a wide range of delivery methods - Standard Delivery, Same Day (where possible), or Parcel Lockers to get your Racket Collective order the way you like.
How can I track my delivery?
We use AusPost to ship to you so you can have peace of mind. We send a delivery confirmation email with tracking info included. If you download the AusPost app, it lets you choose when, where and how your parcels are delivered.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Racket Collective HQ in Sydney, NSW, Australia!
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on what country you are shipping to and if you choose from the express or standard options. Orders are dispatched from our HQ in NSW Australia 🇦🇺
How long until my order is shipped?
We are a small startup business so whilst we try to pick & pack orders like ninjas, we might need a bit more time than the big established brands. If you order before 5pm AEST Mon-Fri we will aim to dispatch your order the following day. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends are shipped the next business day.
Please note big sale events like Black Friday can impact dispatch timeframes.
When it comes to the delivery of your order, each carrier has their own operating hours. For example, Australia Post generally doesn't deliver on weekends.
How long does delivery take in Australia?
Delivery times can vary depending on things like where you live and a few other factors. You can check the Australia Post delivery estimator for rough delivery times.
Please bear in mind these time frames don't include the time it takes us to dispatch your order (usually 24-48 hours). We will do our best to be as speedy as possible!

Can I cancel my order?

I ordered the wrong size, can I change it?
If your order hasn't been shipped and the size you're after is available contact us at hi@racketcollective.com with your order number+ the item & size you're after.
We will see what we can do!
Returns & Refunds
Can I return items?
Your gear can be returned within 30 days of your delivery date for a Refund, Store Credit or exchange.
All products returned need to be in original condition, unused, unworn with tags still attached (hats will need to be returned inside a box to avoid damage).
If any product you have received is damaged or faulty, dink us an email at hi@racketcollective.com with your order number along with photos of the fault/ damage so we can sort it ASAP! Postage costs & duties are non-refundable for international orders.
Received a gift with purchase? If you return all or part of your order for a refund you will need to send us back the gift in the same condition as above. For any reason the gift isn’t returned we may deduct the full retail cost of the item from your refund.
*Exchanges on returns are currently only available for our Customers located in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Singapore, Canada and the UK.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are offered on all AU, NZ & US orders returned within 30 days of delivery unless stated otherwise on promo T&Cs. All refunds are processed back onto your original payment method. Refunds are not valid on shipping costs.
How long does a return refund take?
Once your return is in the post on it's way back to us, your refund will be processed automatically. We can only refund to the exact same method you originally paid with, so depending on how you made the payment, it can take around 2-5 business days to hit your account (depending on your bank).
Can I return a gift card?
Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded for cash.
